The Buffalo Niagara Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) is the largest professional association dedicated to the training and development field in Western New York. As the ‘go to’ organization for workplace learning and performance, we provide:

We encourage proposals from speakers with practical experience in performance improvement, instructional design, training delivery, learning technologies, evaluating learning impact, managing learning programs, integrated talent management, coaching, knowledge management, and change management.
