According to Francisco (2006), "a labyrinth is an archetypal tool that facilitates change and supports transformation." It is both a conduit and a metaphor. As we connect deeply with self, we can choose to unplug from everyday things, let our imagination sore, and develop and/or enhance an awareness that we can access in our daily practices of life and leadership.

Three learner-focused learning objectives:

1. Connect with "intuition and creativity [while] dealing with work and life challenges."

2. Assist learner to learn more about self - what to let go, what to add, what to learn, and what to keep.

3. Encourage and/or enhance our choice to engage our heightened awareness for use in our daily practices of life and leadership.
