About the Presenter

Mignonne Anderson Goode has over thirty years experience in HR, management and development functions. She supports domestic and international clients through consulting, training and curriculum design interventions. Her niche has been diversity and inclusion initiatives and assisting employees to achieve exceptional performance.

Mignonne was Managing Director with Novations (now Korn Ferry). During her time there, she was a sales leader and the top producer for several years.

Prior to Novations/J. Howard & Associates, Mignonne was principal consultant and founder of M.J. Anderson, delivering professional development, customer service, diversity, empowerment and leadership offerings and services including needs assessment, program design, training and strategy/implementation.

In recent years, Mignonne partnered with Brimstone Consulting Group as an independent consultant and supported client engagements through leadership offerings.

Mignonne enjoys spending time with her family, supporting ministry efforts and small business development.
