About the Presenters:

Tracie Cornell is the founder and CEO of TLC Leadership Consulting, LLC. She is a Certified Team Leadership Coach with 20 years experience as a Leadership Facilitator. Tracie brings 30 years of corporate experience to leverage in her new role and bring value to learning and development professionals in the WNY area.

Adam Lai brings 10+ years of Human Resources Management experience in training, business development, and administration, along with skills and experiences in the areas of mentoring program design, organizational development, training, and employee engagement. His successes include broadening organizations and companies’ networks within Western New York by connecting key stakeholders with influential players in areas such as alumni/retiree contributions, city official support, and organizational development & growth. A native of Buffalo, NY; Adam enjoys taking in a show or musical at Shea’s Buffalo, walking his dog in Delaware Park and enjoying a dinner with friends in the Elmwood Village.
